Advanced Security Consulting (ASC) is pleased to announce its acquisition by Falanx Group.
ASC has been partnering with Falanx Group for over a year in order to deliver cyber security services to its combined client base. This acquisition is a natural progression for that partnership, and the combined business will now aim to take advantage of the obvious synergies and complementary opportunities.
Following the acquisition Jay Abbot, MD of ASC will become the Managing Director of Falanx Cyber, bringing industry expertise and proven experience in this rapidly growing sector.
Falanx Cyber will offer accredited services in threat assessment and monitoring, security consulting and incident response. It will then leverage the threat intelligence capabilities of one of the group’s other divisions – Stirling Assynt – to deliver a market leading proposition.
